The hotel was ideal and clean, everything was good. Overall it was silent and huge, with a functional bathroom. Very attentive staff at the reception desk, and the location was great. The venue was in a good area: D

Atmospheric king room with the windows face into the open hallway and all the basics covered and closet space. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location in the very centre of Merida, close to Main Square. The pool area is nice too.

The pool was an excellent spot for our family to unwind, especially with the kids splashing around. The hotel is conveniently located, great to explore local shops and eateries on foot while enjoying our stay with the three grandkids.
My wife says that the breakfast selection could use improvement.

comfortable bed, location in the center, pool, green areas and place is very nice, nice decoration.
We were not given the information of the hotel when we arrived properly we had to go asking according to what we required, the room was not prepared it lacked the towels and amenities according to the number of people that we were going, the room is very old I say old I knew that here it is colonial but I did not know that much, it did not serve the elevator, the food is expensive any place around is cheaper and a little better and varied, the air conditioning sounds terrible what does that you do not sleep well in spite of being comfortable the bed, does not have parking in spite of that they say that if.Finally it has cable TV but it is hidden and upstairs so you have to stop and look where you can, to be able to change the TV and there was no hot water 2 of the three days we were there I think I would choose another hotel when returning there are many around.

The location was fantastic and the staff very attentive and helpful.
The rooms could use an upgrade, specially the bathroom tiles and sinks.

missingWrote a review on 15 Julfriendly staffnoisy air conditioninglack of ventilation
The room was initially very small and lacked ventilation, but after raising the issue, we were moved to a spacious second-floor room, made up for it. The staff was accommodating, providing us with better pricing for an extended stay. The pool was a good retreat after hot days, and the buttery croissants at breakfast were a real treat.

The location central to everything in Merida. The price for value can't be beat. Breakfast though very limited varied day to day which was very nice. The pool was refreshing after a day of wandering in the stifling April heat. My king size bed was comfortable and the atmospheric room very clean.
The ac unit in my room was like being in a wind tunnel. Windows did not open to allow the cooler nite air in. A fan would have been nice. Also a nearby club played bad metallic music til 2am Saturday, very unnerving.

The location is the best. It is right in the middle of the tourist attractions and it is really easy to move around. The hotel has a pool which is great for the hot temperatures in the city.
The staff was not always helpful and it took as a few conversations to get clean towels.
